ARTIST ALLEY

This form will remain open until the 3rd of August 2026, unless enough booths meeting priority requirements are registered — in that case, it will close when spots are filled. Availability is subject to space at the venue.

Rules:

  • No 18+ items are allowed.
  • Artists using materials that may spill (e.g. watercolours) may only do so with some form of floor protection around them.
  • Items cannot be mass-produced commercially, nor can they be from third parties.
  • Any art made with AI, or any stolen art (including but not limited to tracing), is expressly prohibited. Any artist who does not comply will be asked to leave and will receive no refund of the booth cost.
  • Food or other consumables will not be allowed for sale.
  • Someone must be present at the booth at all times during the event, including during tournament matches.

Information:

  • Priority will be given to artists with fighting game-related art.
  • The artist booth costs 30 euros per table and can be shared by a maximum of 2 artists (splitting the cost). The booth price includes a player pass for each person at the booth.
  • Table dimensions are yet to be confirmed — no payment will be requested until table sizes are confirmed.
  • Booth hours run from Saturday (5th of September) at 10:00 until closing (to be confirmed, around 20:00–21:00), to Sunday (6th of September) at 19:00.
  • Any payments for art at the booths are the sole responsibility of the artists present, not of the Skill Issue team.
  • Confirmed artists will be promoted on the website.

If you plan to compete at Skill Issue II, please complete your registration before filling out this form. Don't forget to make sure someone will look after your booth during your tournament matches.
